(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Court of First Instance has ruled against a woman who disobeyed her husband when she left their matrimonial house without justification.
The husband's lawyer, Wasmiya Al-Rayes, argued that the woman left the house without any valid reason so her husband decided to file a case against her.
The court has instructed the woman to obey her husband but she refused and this has prompted the judiciary to cancel her right to alimony from the day she left the matrimonial home. She was also asked to shoulder the legal costs, including the lawyer's fees.Â
