Dubai's DPG awards Mudon development's phase 1 construction contract


(MENAFN) Dubai Properties Group (DPG) stated that it has awarded a contract to Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast for Mudon residential project, reported Arabian Business. DPG said that Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast would build phase 1 of the project, which includes 348 four-bedroom townhouses. It added that it would deliver units to clients starting the middle of next year. The Mudon residential community, which is located in Dubailand district, offers different sizes of land, ranging between 3,200 sq ft and 8,000 sq ft, with each comprising 3,800 sq foot townhouses with 2 living areas, in addition to a maid's room, 4 bathrooms and courtyard garden. It is worth noting that in September 2012, DPG announced the resumption of the Mudon development, which was at first announced in 2007 at an estimated cost of USD11 billion.
