(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) President of the Republic of Maldives Dr. Mohamed Waheed Hassan , met at his residence at Ritz Calrton Hotel here on Tuesday Qatar Chamber's delegation led by Mohamed Bin Ahmed Bin Twar, the Deputy Board Chairman of (QCCI) .
Talks during the meeting , also attended by each of HE Sheikh Hamad Bin Ahmed Bin Abdullah Al Thani and Mohamed Juhar Al-Mohamed , the board members along with a number of Qatari businessmen , dealt with the investment opportunities available in the two countries and how best to acquire and enhance them for joint interest. For his part, President Dr. Mohamed Waheed Hassan of Maldives who arrived in Doha earlier Sunday evening on a several state visit to Qatar, called upon the Qatari businessmen to visit Maldives and get acquainted with the investment opportunities available there and launch Qatari investments in his country.
