Adobe reports USD65m Q1 net income


(MENAFN) Adobe CEO, Shantanu Narayen, stated that the software maker's first-quarter net income fell to USD65.1 million from USD185.2 million in the same period a year before, reported Fox Business. Narayan said that revenue reached USD1 billion, down from USD1.05 billion in the previous year. In the mean time, Adobe Marketing Cloud revenue for the 3 months ended March 1, jumped by 20 percent to USD215.4 million. Furthermore, the San Jose, California-based firm reported an increase of 25 percent in its digital marketing revenue. It is worth noting that the maker of Photoshop and Acrobat ended the quarter with a rise of 153,000 in the number of its paid Cloud members to 479,000.
