Knowledge Oman to take part in Comex 

(MENAFN - Muscat Daily) Knowledge Oman will present key knowledge opportunities as Community Knowledge Partner at Oman's leading IT and technology show- Comex 2013.

Organised by OITE Trade Fairs, under the patronage of e.oman, the event will take place from March 25-29 at the Oman International Exhibition Centre, under the theme E-transformation.

"With the vision to transform the sultanate into a knowledge society and build a knowledge-based economy, Knowledge Oman aims to create awareness of knowledge based activities among the community and connect citizens with related opportunities thus empowering them to realise their potential and enhance their talents through knowledge.

KnowledgeOman.com is a platform that specifically connects people in the community to create, share and promote knowledge through online-based and community driven initiatives. The platform was launched in April 2008 as a mission to solidify the vision of the country's ruler, His Majesty the Sultan Qaboos Bin Said.

Comex 2013 will highlight the latest ICT business offerings, government initiatives and tech savvy gadgets under Comex Business, eGovernment and Comex Shopper.

The timings for Comex Business are 10am to 9pm from March 25 to 28 and 4:30 to 9pm onMarch 29. The timings for Comex Shoppers are 10:00 am to 10:00 pm from 25 to 28 March 2013 and 4.30 to 10pm on March 29.
