Core Exploration restarts drilling program at SA uranium discovery


(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors - Australia) Core Exploration (ASX:CXO) has restarted drilling at its Fitton project in northern South Australia The new 2,500 metres reverse ciruclation drilling program is part of follow up drilling ad is targeting down dip and strike extensions of the high grade mineralisation previously foud, including 5 metres at 0.25% U3O8. That discoveriy was made during Core's first drilling program at the Scott Lee prospect within the Fitton project. Assay results from the reverse circulation drilling program at Fitton are expected in April. The company had a cash balance of $1.72 million in cash at the end of last quarter.
