Kuwaiti Interpol preps to extradite Egyptian over 'murder'


(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Kuwaiti Interpol upon a request from its Egyptian counterpart has arrested an unidentified Egyptian man who is wanted in his country for committing murder, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, Assistant Undersecretary for Criminal Security Affairs at the Ministry of Interior received a request from Egyptian authorities to arrest the man and extradite him to Cairo. The task was then given to the Kuwaiti Interpol. Reliable security sources said the authorities in Kuwait are preparing to extradite the suspect based on the extradition treaty signed between the two countries.
