(MENAFN - Khaleej Times) The Shaikh Zayed Housing Programme and the Emirates Vision for Exhibitions Organisation declared the launch of the first edition of the Sharjah international exhibition for housing, building materials, decoration and engineering consultancies, or Decobuild 2013, at Expo Centre Sharjah from March 20-23.
The event is being held under the patronage of Shaikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.
The Press conference held on Saturday declared the sponsors of the exhibition that will be accompanied by a symposia intended to make known all the services and initiatives of Housing Support Governmental Funds, whereas such symposia shall be directed to those targeted by loans and government grants.
The exhibition participants also include prominent contracting, construction, decoration, electricity, lights, parks, swimming pools and engineering consultancy companies, and will display the latest local and international products in these important sectors based on the initiative to reduce the cost for nationals intending to build their houses.
The Press conference was attended by the sponsors' representatives, which are the Shaikh Zayed Housing Programme, the Planning and Surveying Department, Expo Centre Sharjah, the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Public Works, Sharjah Housing Department, the Information and E-government Department, Sharjah Municipality, the Engineers' Association, Tanzeem Events Management and a number of concerned entities.
The exhibition, as per the organisers, provides contractors and owners of private projects wide choices in the field of engineering consultancies and the latest state-of-the-art creations in the field of furniture and all modern houses supplies. It is an outstanding exhibition and the first of its type in the emirate of Sharjah in this field and also gives participants the opportunity to sign trade agency contracts and expand business resources and sources of supplying all projects' needs.
