(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Debonairs Pizza, the leading pizza franchisee from South Africa, on Monday announced its expansion plans for the UAE market.
With the opening of its brand new restaurant at Dubai Marina, the award-winning Pizza chain aims to open at least 15 outlets at key strategic locations throughout the country in next five years.
"I am a Debonairs Pizza fan and quite excited about our new outlet. The new location at Dubai Marina is our third outlet; the first one opened in Al Garhoud in 2010 followed by the Dubai Mall location last year," said Mandeep Singh Pujji, managing director of Unitas Foods International, master franchisee licence holder for Debonairs Pizza.
Debonairs Pizza is South Africa's favourite multi-award-winning brand and has more than 500 outlets across the world. It also offers hot subs, salads, chicken wings and much more.
"By year-end, we'll have two more restaurants in the Al Barsha and Arabian Ranches areas and within next five years there will be at least 15 more across the country, taking it further to the GCC and Asia," Pujji said.
"Having seen solid growth, success and profits within a quick time period, we are encouraged to offer more locations with different concepts therefore reaching a wider customer base," he added.
