(MENAFN) US Medtronic Inc announced that during the third quarter, earnings grew to USD988 million, from USD935 million a year before, reported Reuters.
The company attributed the notable increase to higher sales.
Revenue in the period that ended on January 25 went up by 4 percent from the same period a year earlier, reaching USD4.03 billion.
It is worth noting that Medtronic manufactures implantable heart devices, insulin pumps and products used for spine surgery.
