(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Genesis Minerals (ASX: GMD) is preparing capital raising details, with the ASX granting the company a trading halt - with its shares placed in pre-open.
Genesis has recently been focusing on the Las Opeñas Project in Argentina, where Canadian major Teck Resources (NYSE: TCK) has elected to earn back to 60% of the project.
The halt will last until the earlier of an announcement being made to the market, or the opening of trade on Thursday 21st February 2013.
