(MENAFN - Muscat Daily) The Wave, Muscat held its annual staff gathering at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Muscat, recently. This event, which is held each year for all employees of the leading Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC), celebrates the hard work and dedication of employees over the past year. The Wave, Muscat is committed to developing local talent and rewarding success; the event is a chance to celebrate the achievements and successes for the development and recognise the staff members who contributed to that success.
The staff gathering comprised of various activities to encourage team building and cooperation, in the spirit of the development whose principle aim is to work together to build a lasting legacy for Omani real estate, tourism and leisure. Michael Lenarduzzi, CEO, The Wave, Muscat, commended all on the major achievements made in 2012, including the development's wins at the International Property Awards; The Wave, Muscat won World's Best Leisure Development and World's Best Golf Development.
He noted that without the efforts of staff and management these achievements would not have been possible. Lenarduzzi gave details about the business plan for 2013 and urged staff to play an active part in achieving the company's objectives to build upon the achievements of, and continue in the same successful lines as, the past year. Lenarduzzi added that The Wave, Muscat works only because of the people who work within it; the development's successes are those of The Wave, Muscat staff.
