(MENAFN) Indian Nagarjuna Construction Company International LLC (NCC) has won a contract from Saraya Bandar Jissah for the Advanced Earthworks Package for Muscat's newest integrated residential and leisure development, the Construction Week reported.
The project will be home to exclusive residential units, two five-star beachfront hotels, community services and recreational facilities.
NCC will carry out earthworks for the 2.2 million m2 project, which was designed by Halcrow, and will take 18 months to finish.
It includes bulk earthworks and the creation of a lagoon structure and platforms for roads and transport networks.
