China to Increase Resource Recycling


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) China plans to raise the total output value of the country's resource recycling industry to 1.8 trillion Yuan ($287 billion) by 2015, in light of its Development Strategy and Recent Action Plan on Circular Industry. According to a statement by the State Council, the plan also targets to raise the output rate of major resources by 15 percent by 2015. China will also apply efforts to construct a circular-pattern system in the industrial, agricultural and service sectors, refine the recovery system for renewable resources, push forward the industrialized development of renewable resource utilization, construct a green and comprehensive transportation system, advance kitchen waste resource utilization, and encourage green consumption.
