(MENAFN- Arab Times) Police are looking for an unidentified citizen for cheating an unidentified person to the tune of KD 26,000, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to security sources the suspect, a Kuwaiti man, claimed he is the owner of a building and sold an apartment to the victim.
However, when the victim went to take possession of the apartment, he discovered a tenant was living in the apartment.
When he discovered he had been cheated by the suspect, he filed a case with the Attorney-General Dirar Al-Asousi.
A travel ban has been imposed on the fake owner of the building.
