SENAAT head hunts talented Nationals at Tawdheef Abu Dhabi 2013 

(MENAFN - Emirates News Agency (WAM)) The General Holding Corporation 'SENAAT' is presenting new career opportunities for UAE nationals visiting the leading recruitment exhibition, TAWDHEEF Abu Dhabi 2013.

Within its 256sqm, the Group along with its subsidiaries including Emirates Steel, NPCC, Arkan, Agthia, Al Foah and DAMCO Abu Dhabi aim to assemble the talented UAE nationals and introduce them to the opportunities that are available within the Group.

Tawdheef Abu Dhabi is the perfect professional and social platform for qualified Emiratis and other experienced professionals to meet companies from a variety of industry sectors including Government, banking, oil '&' aas, aviation and many others, it said in a press release, adding, SENAAT gives the Emiratisation initiative great importance as it has become a key strategic objective to invest in human capital development. As it thrives to attract talented Emiratis, Senaat has reached a total percentage of 53% Emiratisation in 2012 with a 100% national leadership.

Looking at the supervisory level within the Group, SENAAT has recorded a substantial record hitting 41 % of emiratisation with 49% in the executive level and 57% in the specialized and technical professions.

As part of its continuous efforts along with the subsidiaries in recruiting nationals, SENAAT is playing an active role in creating the opportunities for nationals to occupy most of the career opportunities with UAE nationals. One prominent example on this is Emirates Steel with its national recruitment takes 24% of its overall recruitment with 45% Nationals in leadership. On the other hand, Al Foah has achieved a substantial percentage of nationals in its leadership positions reaching 56%.
