Kuwaiti crude price goes up USD 0.28 to settle at USD 108.37 pb


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said on Wednesday that the price of Kuwait's crude oil increased USD 0.28 in Tuesday's trading to settle at USD 108.37 per barrel (pb) compared to USD 108.09 the day before. Crude prices rose in global markets due to a Japanese stimulus plan that was injected in the market. The New York Mercantile Exchange, light sweet crude for delivery in February rose USD 0.68 to settle at USD 96.24 per barrel at closing; in addition, the North Sea Brent crude oil futures prices for February delivery also went up USD 0.71 to settle at USD 112.42 per barrel.
