(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors - Australia) Krucible Metals (ASX: KRB) is in pre-open this afternoon following the granting of a trading halt by the ASX, pending details relating to the termination of its joint venture with Getax International Pte Ltd and its entry into a conditional sale of its phosphate tenements to another purchaser.
The halt will last until the earlier of an announcement being made to the market, or the opening of trade on Wednesday 23rd January 2013.
