For a small fortune â€" nearly Dhs300,000 â€" guests can embark on their own James Bond experience and feel what it's like to be a Skyfall agent for a day.
Stunning locations, incredible gadgets like watches that work as detonators and cars with integrated weapons, special effects, and of course the Bond girls make the agent's life every man's dream.
The Charles Hotel is sending its guests on an unforgettable journey on the search for the bad guy. Every guest's trip can be individually tailored to them â€" skydiving, paragliding or perhaps even a car chase with the Porsche â€" nothing is impossible. The adventure begins in Munich at The Charles Hotel, where an intruder will suddenly leave an encoded message in the guest's room.
Cracking the code will provide them with valuable information for their adventurous challenge. By helicopter, for example, they will be flown up into the mountains, Bond-style, where, in addition to a cable car ride, a lunch followed by a massage and a visit to the casino, there is plenty of action in store. The guests have to decipher clues to get the next tips.
Frank Heller, General Manager of The Charles Hotel, helped design the package and is keen on welcoming guests from the UAE who want to experience all the thrills a Hollywood blockbuster includes.
"You need some crazy people for this," Heller joked on a recent promotional trip in Dubai. "Every package is different because every client will decide a different adventure and how the day will unfold."
"Our clients have seen everything, so we want to offer them something different," he explained.
The package took six months to come together and offers enthusiasts the chance to star in their own film, as cameras follow them throughout the day. We walk you through some of the activities participants will experience in their very own Bond adventure.
