(MENAFN- Arab Times) Police have arrested a Kuwaiti man for consuming alcohol and abusing passersby in Salmiya, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
Acting on information police rushed to the area and took the man into custody, who was sitting on the pavement, making animal sounds and passing comments at passersby.
He has been detained at the Salmiya Police Station.
