(MENAFN) Emaar Properties will launch its new luxury tower in Downtown Dubai, The Address Residence Fountain Views, on January 26, according to an invitation sent to its registered real estate agents, reported Emirates 24/7.
The property is the first project to be inaugurated by Dubai's largest real estate developer in 2013.
In November, Emaar said that it will launch new luxury homes and serviced residences in Downtown Dubai, and will start expansion works on the Dubai Mall through establishing a new high-street boulevard style retail destination.
In September 2012, the company has launched the "Sky Collection", which comprises 200 hotel rooms and 523 serviced residences.
