 | Egypt Is On The Right Path To Surpass Its Economic Crisis, Says Hijazi  | |

(MENAFN - Qatar News Agency) Egyptian Finance Minister Dr. Mursi Hijazi has said that his country is on the right track to overcome the economic crisis thanks to the numerous economic pillars and human resources with high efficiency, which are capable of advancing production to restore economic growth rates.
Hijazi, in a statement after a meeting with U.S. Ambassador in Cairo Anne Patterson on Friday , said that the transitional phase witnessed by Egypt will end in conformity and complete the democratic transformation, pointing out that the IMF mission will arrive in Cairo during the coming period to resume consultations on the file for providing Egypt a loan worth 4.8 Billion from the fund.
The Egyptian minister said he had discussed with U.S. Ambassador during the meeting developments in the economic situation and offers consultations between Egypt and the International Monetary Fund, confirming the strength of the friendship between the Egyptian and American peoples.
For its part, U.S. Ambassador confirmed full support of the United States to Egypt, pointing out that there are many opportunities for businessmen and companies of the two countries for the joint development of economic relations, and contribute to an increase in investment and trade and business development in all fields.
