Kuwait: 4 firms shut down


(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has administratively shut down four companies for allegedly smuggling out of the country subsidized foodstuff, reports Al-Kuwaitiah daily. The daily added the owners of these companies have been referred to Commercial Prosecution. The daily added the Ministry identified several Kuwaitis who misused their ration cards and resold the subsidized foodstuffs. The daily added the ministry has cancelled the ration cards of these people after ascertaining they don't deserve the subsidized foodstuff.
