(MENAFN- Arab Times) A Kuwaiti citizen recently lodged a complaint against his daughter, accusing her of seizing a luxury vehicle that belongs to his Moroccan wife, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to a security source, the citizen married his second wife after which he bought a vehicle for his daughter from first marriage on installments but registered it in his new wife's name.
However, his daughter, who is a lawyer, started paying the installments of the vehicle after her marriage.
When disputes erupted between her father and her mother and brothers, she provided legal advice to the family, which infuriated her father and his second wife. In order to take revenge on her because she supported her mother and brothers, her father and his second wife lodged a complaint against her.
The daughter however submitted documents to prove she paid the installments and requested the father to register the vehicle in her name.
Securitymen indicated that they will summon the citizen and her Moroccan wife to the police station for investigations.
