(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Sharq police have arrested an unidentified Indian man for possessing locally-manufactured booze and betel leaves, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to security sources when the suspect saw the police approaching in his direction he threw away the bag and started running.
Police chased the man and arrested him. In the bag they found 18 bottles filled with booze and betel leaves.
During interrogation he admitted to trading in booze. He has been handed over to the competent authority.
