Kuwait- Disgruntled engineers hack 'Labour' automation system

(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Ministry of Social Affairs Labor has revealed that the 'hackers' who penetrated the 'automation' system are engineers working on the project and representatives of companies under the pretext they did not get their dues from either the ministry (engineers) or visa traders (representatives), reports Al-Seyassah daily. The sources said some engineers had not received their dues in full and decided to get them their way after one of them left the country and provided them with the secrets of the system after disabling the password and the security system. The sources said many suspicious company representatives in Khaitan, Farwaniya and Hawalli will be brought to justice. The authorities will also identify sources of loopholes to prevent a similar situation in future.
