Oman govt approves 2013 budget


(MENAFN) The Omani government has approved a draft budget for 2013 with an expected deficit of USD4.4 billion, Reuters reported, citing Oman News Agency (ONA). According to the ministry of finance, the budget estimates spending of USD33.5 billion and revenue of USD28.97 billion, ONA said. The budget is based on an average oil price of USD85 a barrel and an average production of 930,000 barrels a day.
