More Than 45,000 People Killed In Syria In 21 Months of Conflict


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) More than 45,000 people have been killed for the past 21 months of conflict in Syria. The Director of Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Rami Abdulrahman said in a statement today that the dead people since mid-March, 2011, included 31, 544 civilians, 1,511 defecting soldiers, 11,217 personnel of regime's forces, and 776 unidentified persons.
