(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Ministry of Interior has issued instructions to the Prisons and Penitentiaries Department to move the alleged killers of Mohammed Al-Maimouni to a separate cell under strict supervision, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily added this was done to protect the prisoners following a big demonstration in front of the Sabah Al-Nasser Police Station which was staged after the court sentenced the accused to life imprisonment.
The demonstrators are demanding capital punishment for the killers of Maimouni.
