Two teachers beat up Kuwaiti student


(MENAFN- Arab Times) Two teachers â€" a Kuwaiti and an Egyptian were arrested recently for allegedly assaulting a Kuwaiti student in Doha School. According to security sources, a Kuwaiti citizen filed a case against the two teachers at Sulaibikhat police station and submitted a medical report indicating that his son sustained injuries on his left leg and had red marks on the right side of his face. He informed securitymen that when he asked his son about the marks, he said two of his teachers had hit him in the school. Securitymen summoned the two teachers to the police station and referred them to the concerned authorities for investigations. In another development, an Arab teacher has filed a complaint with the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Police Station accusing a Kuwaiti man of humiliating him in front of the students by slapping him in the face, reports Alam Alyawm daily. The suspect is believed to be the father of one of the students and he allegedly lost self control during an argument and slapped the teacher. The father will be summoned for interrogation.
