Retail banking is at a crossroad where the business is struggling to sustain continuous protable growth and maintain customer service quality. To address this issue a conference workshop on Effective Retail Distribution & Sales via Alternate Channel Networks will be conducted to Analyse the Customer Trends in Retail Banking and discuss New Retail Banking Multi-Channel Models & Sales Strategies.
