Kuwait- Case rejected


(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Fast-Track Court of Appeals presided over by Judge Khaled Al-Othman upturned the verdict of the Court of First Instance, which rejected a case filed by a company against a local bank. The court ruled against the garnishment of KD 22 million belonging to the company in a ministry. The company's solicitor Lawyer Ali Al-Tarrad pleaded the court to disregard the garnishment order, insisting that the bank should pay legal fees and related expenses.
