David Millhouse has now founded and successfully managed three corporations, of which the previous two have been in funds management, private equity and venture capital. He has a quality academic background with degrees in science, business and law. He was Visiting Lecturer at the American Graduate School of International Management in Phoenix, USA.
He has considerable experience in capitalisation planning for emerging growth companies, and is experienced in the raising of capital in the public and private equity markets in several countries, including Australia, Singapore, Germany, Canada and the United States. His performance has brought international recognition of his achievements and a Series of Australian awards, including the 1986 Bulletin - Compaq Young Executive of the Year, and the 1988 BRW - Compaq Young Executive of the Year.
David was the founder and chief executive of international private equity and funds manager, MillhouseIAG Limited from 1991 to 2010.
He is a Certified Member of the Institute of Management Consultants in Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. David has conducted business assignments in the United States, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, Singapore, Japan, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and Australia. He has been a director and board member of companies in multiple jurisdictions and was formerly a Trustee of the Queensland Art Gallery/Gallery of Modern Art. He is a Trustee of Bond University.
