(MENAFN - Arab News) Zain KSA Participated in the Open Day for Employment, which is organized by the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), in order to provide job and training opportunities to the university's graduates and students.
Bandar Al-Ghamdi, talent management manager, at Zain KSA, gave a presentation entitled 'What Recruiters Don't Tell You' in which he discussed all the obstacles that students could face when applying for a job, in addition to what newly graduates need to overcome the anxiety in personal interviews when applying for jobs.
Al-Ghamdi revealed to students, some highlights of what interests recruiters when making personal interviews, stressing that getting a job requires the capacity to communicate and appropriately express their abilities, aspirations, and the main objectives they seek to achieve in the future, which makes the task of getting the job in their hands, rather than recruiters.
Al-Ghamdi also discussed the company's experience in achieving high rates of Saudization and achieving the excellent range within the Nitaqat system by the Ministry of Labor, in addition to its success in attracting a number of young talents to help them became familiar with working environment during their studies at the university level.
Zain KSA's participation in the events of Open Day for recruitment for this year comes as part of its efforts to fully deliver its social responsibilities, in addition to strengthening cooperation with higher education institutions in the Kingdom to support and guide the Saudi youth to facilitate their integration in the labor market in the future in order to contain them in various public and private sectors.
