Saudi Mobily, Go ink MoU


(MENAFN) Saudi Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) and its subsidiary Bayanat Al-Oula inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Etihad Atheeb Telecom (GO) to extend mutual collaboration, reported Arab News. According to the MoU, Mobily will get voice services and fixed lines from GO, allowing the firm to provide converge voice and data services in one package through its fiber optic network offered to houses and businesses after gaining the approval of regulators. On the other hand, Mobily will give permission to GO to use its infrastructure in providing voice and data services through Saudi National Fiber Network (SNFN) across all major cities and governorates in the country and neighboring countries, helping GO to boost its access to residential and commercial clients. The MoU will also improve cooperation between the two firms in wholesale services provided by Mobily. It is worth noting that the validity of the MoU is 90 days from signature date.
