(MENAFN- Arab Times) Police are looking for an unidentified Syrian contractor for cheating a Kuwaiti man to the tune of KD 10,000, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to security sources, the suspect was given a contract to renovate the house but after taking the money as advance payment, he escaped and switched off his cell-phone.
