(MENAFN - ProactiveInvestors - Australia) Texon Petroleum (ASX:TXN) plans to frac two wells at its Eagle Ford Shale block in Texas as early as mid-December, after casing on two wells that have been drilled to targeted depths are installed.
The Hoskins EFS #3H well was drilled to 17,156 feet measured depth at a true vertical depth of 11,267 feet.
Production casing was installed to total depth while the well itself was successfully drilled in the EFS target zone for a lateral length of 5,595 feet.

The well was drilled in the Eagle Ford target zone with a lateral length of 5,086 feet. This well also had a pre-drill estimated 18 frac stages and is currently planned to have a 20 stage frac.
Production casing is currently being run on the well after which both wells will be fracced back to back.
