(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors - Australia) Exoma Energy (ASX: EXE) director Howard Dewhirst has retired from his position on the board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting today.
It also confirmed the election of former Origin Energy (ASX: ORG) exploration director Dr Robbert Willink as a non-executive director of the company.
Exoma is currently awaiting approval from the Chinese Government for the sale of a further 10% stake in its Galilee Basin permits to China's CNOOC.
