Viratech Corp (OTC:VIRA) and Newswire are proud to announce a new joint project called This Week in Viratech.
Viratech and Newswire have signed an agreement to collaborate on the exciting new promotion and education project. This Week in Viratech is a 26 episode project airing every Saturday morning on a YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/user/ViratechNews . The purpose of the program is to announce what has happened in the past week at Viratech Corp as Viratech moves out of the research and development phase of their new open source biotech research social network platform and into business development and revenue stages.
Using this platform, Viratech members can protect their intellectual property, then use Viratechs micro social network as a utility to promote and crowdfund the research and development to produce the new technology. Using videos and other visuals, This Week in Viratech will explain to the lay community how its business model works in its three key phases: Protect, Promote and Produce. This Week in Viratech will also provide a question and answer format for viewers to explore more about the business model and how it works.
Under Protect, the business model shows how to protect intellectual property while the patent is pending by the use of copyright and the creation of a copyright shell. Promote details how a micro social network, or MSN, is used to promote segments of the patent pending idea to attract research, knowledge and funding partners as members of the MSN. Once formed, the MSN is then used to Produce the product through crowdfunding and Viratechs innovative approach to compensating members for their micro social network activity.
Viratech Corps model opens the playing field up to developers on all resource levels and turns the biotech industry into an open source arena welcoming innovation and providing avenues for those innovations to be realized.
Through the collaboration agreement with Newswire, This Week in Viratech shares the vision with both the general public and those small business researchers and developers anxious to protect their intellectual property while actively working to make it a reality. Viratech Corp and Newswire believe this open source platform will change the landscape of intellectual property and finally allow medicine to make advancements on a similar scale to communication technology.
About Viratech Corp. Based in Stockton, California, Viratech Corp. has created an open source biotech research and development platform, Viratech has created a unique platform leveraging the utility of social collaborat
