Bora Bora Resources to acquire project, raise funds


(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors - Australia) Bora Bora Resources (ASX: BBR) is in pre-open this morning after the ASX granted the company a trading halt pending details of an agreement to acquire a new project, with the company also to undertake a capital raising. Bora Bora has not yet provided any further details to the market. The company had over $2.2 million in cash at the end of September 2012. Recently the company has been active exploring in the St Arnaud gold field in Victoria, which included a recently flown aeromagnetic survey covering the northern part of the gold field. The halt will last until the earlier of an announcement being made to the market, or the opening of trade on Wednesday 28th November.
