(MENAFN- Arab Times) An unidentified woman was arrested recently in Salmiya for drunk driving and insulting a police officer on duty, reports Al-Rai daily.
Reportedly, while securitymen were patrolling Salmiya, they suspected a woman driving her vehicle recklessly and stopped her for checking. Initially, the woman refused to pull over but relented after a while and started humiliating the patrol officer.
Policewomen rushed to the location and referred the suspect to the police station for necessary legal action against her.
