Kuwait- Visa peddler busted


(MENAFN- Arab Times) Personnel from the General Immigration Department have arrested an unidentified citizen for bringing into the country 116 laborers under the name of an illusory company, reports Al-Seyassah daily. According to reports each person has allegedly paid between KD 800 and KD 1,000 for the work permit. Sources say the suspect submitted forged documents to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor saying he owns 32 vehicles and need expatriate workers to work for him. The Kuwaiti has been referred to the Public Prosecution. He is facing two charges - forgery and trafficking in visas.
