(MENAFN) Rafal Real Estate Development Company's CEO, Majed Al-Hogail, stated that Burj Rafal, the Kingdom's tallest residential tower, will be opened in June next year, reported Arabian Business.

Al-Hogail said that the 308-meter, 70 floors tower will comprise 440 apartments, and a Kempinski hotel that will encompass 300 beds, 2 restaurants, 3 cafes, conference facilities, a ballroom for 2,000 guests, 2 spas, fitness centers and a number of exclusive retail outlets.

The building, located in the north of Riyadh, is established on an exclusive 20,000sqm plot in Assahafa District along King Fahed Highway, near King Abdullah Financial District.

It is worth noting that Burj Rafal has used over 2,500 laborers, 119,000 tons of thick high-quality steel and more than 106,500 tons of high-quality cement.
