Kuwait- Crown Prince graces "Gulf Insurance" golden jubilee 

(MENAFN - Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah attended the celebration of the golden jubilee of Gulf Insurance Company at Sheikha Salwa Hall, Marina Hotel, Wednesday, representing His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

Upon arrival to the venue, Sheikh Nawaf was greeted by company Board Chairman Farqad Al-Sane, Managing Director and CEO Khalid Al-Hassan, and members of the board.

The ceremony was attended by former parliament speaker Jassem Al-Kharafi, Sheikhs, Deputy Chief of the National Guard Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Deputy Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah, and senior officials.

The ceremony included screening of a documentary on the company's establishment and accomplishments to date, and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf also presented tokens of appreciation to former company board chairmen.

Addressing guests at the event, Board Chairman Al-Sane said the company is pleased to celebrate its golden jubilee as the state celebrates 50 years since adoption of its constitution. It is proud of its expansion since its establishment to the gulf and the region, increase in clients from 100 to over 500,000, and most proud of the fact that many leaders in the field of insurance in the country started their careers with the company.

He noted the board also appreciates the services of past chairmen and staff.
Sheikh Nawaf was presented with a commemorative token upon conclusion of the ceremony.
