Dubai's DSI arm secures USD46m contract for Vietnam water treatment


(MENAFN) Passavant-Roediger, the German arm of Dubai-based contractor Drake & Scull International (DSI), has won an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract to expand Thu Duc water treatment plant in Vietnam, Arabian Business reported. The USD46 million contract will see Passavant-Roediger build a treatment plant with a capacity to treat 300,000m3 of river water per day. The company said that the project will include a river water intake pumping station and pressure main pipes will also be incorporated to deliver feed water into the plant. The company added that its project pipeline had grown by 300 percent over the last 12 months to USD163.4 million.
