(MENAFN - Emirates News Agency (WAM)) Tawazun Safety Security and Disaster Management City (TSSDMC), a Tawazun Holding subsidiary offering multi-agency training for emergency preparedness and crisis management, has signed agreements with two international training providers.
The first agreement was signed with the Canada-based Ontario Fire Academy (OFA) which will see TSSDMC's UAE-based Oil '&' Gas clients taught the skills required to be qualified Level 1 and 2 Fire Fighters. TSSDMC will work with the OFA to design, develop, and deliver short courses and programs as per the internationally-recognized standards of the US National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
The second agreement was signed with a Dutch firm, Competency Management Group (CMG), who together with their educational partner the National Maritime College of Ireland (NMCI), will develop curriculum and deliver training that comply with international standards. The training will be provided to TSSDMC's clients.

TSSDMC - together with its collaborative partners - will deliver technical vocational and professional training that fuses scenario-based live training with virtual simulation.
