(MENAFN- Arab Times) An Indian was arrested for consuming alcohol and for harassing a nine-year-old girl in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
An eyewitness told police the suspect was roaming around the area under the influence of alcohol. When he saw the girl playing in front of a building, he approached her and started molesting her. Luckily, one of the tenants in the building witnessed the incident and called police.
When the officers arrived at the scene, the suspect tried to escape but they chased him and referred him to a nearby police station for the necessary legal action.
