US- Oshkosh to repurchase USD300m shares


(MENAFN) Oshkosh Corp. announced that over the coming 12-18 months, the truck maker will buyback USD300 million shares of common stock, reported AP. The company said that it will finance the repurchases via cash holdings and operating revenues. Of the amount, USD75 million will be repurchased over the coming 3 months. It added that it has bought back nearly 550,000 shares worth around USD13.4 million since July. The latest announced step increases Oshkosh earlier repurchase offer to 11 million shares.
