(MENAFN- Arab Times) Police have arrested three men â€" two bedoun and a Saudi â€" for allegedly possessing drugs and narcotic pills, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily quoting security sources said the suspects were arrested in Khaitan when the patrolmen ordered the man behind the wheel to pull over, he stepped on the gas pedal and attempted to escape.
The police chased and arrested the men and while checking their name on computer, police discovered they were wanted by law.
The contraband and the suspects have been referred to the concerned authorities.
