(MENAFN- Arab News) An unidentified Egyptian man has filed a complaint with the Salmiya Police Station accusing his Kuwaiti wife of beating him and causing him injuries, reports Al-Rai daily.
In his complaint the Egyptian also sought police protection. He is said to have submitted a medical report from the Mubarak Al-Kabir Hospital to substantiate his claim.
The daily added when the police summoned the wife for interrogation, she admitted to beating the man. She complained he was disobedient.
The husband and the wife have been referred to the competent authorities for further interrogation.
